Return of products

In the unlikely event of an issue with your product, please contact your local representative or alternatively please contact our central support directly as follows:

Returns

We will always try to resolve issues remotely, together with our customers - however, in case a return of a product is necessary:

1. You will receive a case-specific RMA number and returns form.
2. Please send the item along with the completed returns form to our technical support.
3. The item will be tested
4. Test report (including test criteria) will be presented to the customer, along with a defined course of further actions.

General information:
If the repair cannot be performed directly by our support team, the item will be returned to the Manufacturer for repair. In such cases the average period of repair may take 4 to 8 weeks depending on the manufacturers proceedures and location.
