Arriving from the direction of Nuremberg on the German Freeway (BAB) A9

First drive toward Munich; at the motorway junction Munich North change to the A99. At the motorway junction Munich South drive toward Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Leave the freeway using exit Oberhaching/Grünwald. Then turn right and drive toward Grünwald/Pullach. Pass the village Grünwald and take the bridge over the river Isar. In Pullach, turn right into the first street on your right (Zugspitzstraße). Drive down that street for about a quarter mile and look for building number 5 C.

Arriving from the direction of Salzburg on the German Freeway (BAB) A8

First drive toward Munich and at the motorway junction Munich South change to the A995 toward Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Leave the freeway at exit Oberhaching/Grünwald. Then turn right and drive toward Grünwald/Pullach. Pass the village Grünwald and take the bridge over the river Isar. In Pullach, turn right into the first street on your right (Zugspitzstraße). Drive down that street for about a quarter mile and look for building number 5 C.

Arriving from the direction of Stuttgart

First drive in the direction of Munich; at the motorway junction Munich West change to the A99 toward Lindau; at the motorway junction Munich Southwest change to the A96 toward Munich. Leave the German Freeway at exit Munich-Sendling and follow the central ring road (Mittlerer Ring) toward Salzburg to exit “Innsbruck“ (B11). Leave the B11 in Pullach at the turnoff  “Gewerbegebiet Höllriegelskreuth/Grünwald“. After about 550 yards (after the underpass) turn left onto Zugspitzstraße and proceed about 440 yards to Building number 5C.

Arriving from the direction of Garmisch-Partenkirchen on the German Freeway (BAB) A95

First drive toward Munich and leave the A 95 at Exit “Schäftlarn“. Go right a short distance toward ”Schäftlarn“, then turn left. In Hohenschäftlarn turn left onto the B11 toward Munich after the rail road crossing. Leave the B11 in Pullach at the turnoff “Gewerbegebiet Höllriegelskreuth/Grünwald“. After about 550 yards (after the underpass) turn left onto Zugspitzstraße and proceed about 440 yards to building number 5C.

Take local train S1 direction “Ostbahnhof“ or local train S8 direction “Geltendorf“ and change at Munich main train station for local train S7 direction “Wolfratshausen”. Get off at “Höllriegelskreuth”. Exit against the direction of travel, turn right and walk along the street for approximately 300 metres until you reach Framos in Building 5C.

Take local train S7 in direction “Wolfratshausen“. Get off at “Höllriegelskreuth”. Exit against the direction of travel, turn right and walk along the street for approximately 300 metres until you reach Framos in Building 5C.
